These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Guttenberg Auto Body LLC (“Guttenberg Auto Body,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site.

All text, images, logos, and other content on the Site (the “Content”) are owned by Guttenberg Auto Body or used with permission, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use the Content without our prior written permission, apart from ordinary personal viewing of the Site. “Guttenberg Auto Body” and our logo are trademarks and may not be used without our prior written consent.

Text messaging program

We offer a text messaging program for customers who ask to be contacted by text. You may join by submitting the free estimate form on our website with your mobile telephone number, or by giving us that number and asking us to contact you. Messages relate to your inquiry, your estimate, your repair, and your appointment, and may include occasional offers from our shop.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, and reply HELP for assistance. You may also reach us at (201) 283-8758 or at the address set out below. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, and you may withdraw it at any time. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its Content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
