What a full detail includes
Outside, we clean the wheels and tires, wash the paint, clay it to pull out embedded grime, then polish to bring back the gloss and seal it to protect it. Inside, we vacuum the seats, carpets, and mats, clean the hard surfaces, deep-clean the upholstery, and finish the glass.
A detail is reconditioning, not repair. It brings a car back to clean and protected, inside and out. Every repair we do already finishes with a free full detail, and we offer detailing on its own too. Deep scratches or swirls that have cut into the paint are a refinishing job, not a polishing one.

Is detailing an insurance job?
No. Detailing is a maintenance service, so it is paid out of pocket and is not an insurance matter. The one exception is that a full detail is the finishing step on every repair we do, at no extra cost when your car is already in for body work.

How often should I detail my car?
A full detail two to four times a year suits most cars, with regular washes in between. City driving builds up road grime and brake dust faster, so more often does no harm.
What is the difference between a detail and a car wash?
A wash cleans the surface. A detail decontaminates and protects the paint and deep-cleans the interior, so it lasts longer and does more than rinse off dirt.
Will detailing remove scratches?
Polishing lifts out minor swirls and light surface marks. A scratch that has cut through the clear coat needs refinishing rather than detailing, and we can handle that too.
